Terms of Service

1. The service

Lingua OS is a language learning service in which an AI assesses your level and designs your lessons daily. English is the course available today; other language courses are in development.

2. Accounts

You create an account with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.

3. Paid access

The paid product is a single payment for a three-month program. It is not a subscription: nothing renews automatically, and paid features end on their own three months after purchase. There is nothing to cancel.

4. Free access

Without paying you can keep using the level assessment, a 15-minute daily mission, one AI speaking session a day, and vocabulary review.

5. Limits of AI output

Lessons and corrections are generated by AI. We validate outputs against schemas and fall back to templates, but errors are possible. Pronunciation scores measure how closely speech recognition matched the target sentence; they are not an accredited language assessment and we do not guarantee any exam result or certification.

6. Prohibited use

We may restrict accounts used abnormally — automated bulk requests, circumventing scoring, or sharing an account to bypass paid limits.

7. Changes to the service

Features may change as we improve them. If we discontinue a core feature during your paid period, we refund the unused portion.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
