Refund Policy

Summary

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Because nothing renews automatically, you can never be charged for forgetting to cancel.

1. Seven-day full refund

Ask within 7 days of payment and we refund the full amount regardless of how much you studied. The refund goes back to the PayPal account you paid with and may take 3–10 business days to appear.

2. After seven days

From day 8 onward purchases are generally non-refundable. We do refund pro rata in these cases:

· A service outage made study impossible for 7 consecutive days or more

· We discontinued a core feature during your paid period

· You were charged twice for the same purchase (the duplicate is refunded in full)

3. No auto-renewal

The three-month pass is a one-time payment. When it ends your account returns to the free tier, and you are only charged again if you choose to buy again.

Send us the email address used for payment together with the PayPal order number.
